“标题”和“旁注”不具备法律效力基本上是国际上通行的惯例。在各国立法中，法律或合同的任何条、款或段，基本上都可以标题或加注，但无法律效力，也不得在任何方面更改、限制或扩大任何条款的释义。法律或合同条款签订之后具备法律约束力，他的标题和旁注，只能起到说明解释的作用，而不能超越法律或合同条款。

Whether these conditions provide for the giving or issuing of approvals, certificates, consents, determinations, notices and requests, these communications shall be:
(a) in writing and delivered by hand, sent by mail or courier, or transmitted using any of the agree systems of electronic transmission as stated in the particular conditions; and
(b) delivered, sent or transmitted to the address for the recipient’s communications as stated in the contract. However:
